Arbolus is hiring an HR Associate to join its People team in Gurugram.
The People team is responsible for attracting, supporting and retaining talent across the business. In this role, you will work across the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and offboarding, while partnering with hiring managers and supporting the culture of the Gurgaon hub.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
Partner with hiring managers to write job descriptions, run interviews and support hiring.
Plan and run employee engagement activities, celebrations, team events, wellbeing initiatives and culture-building activities.
Own the grievance redressal process and handle employee concerns with care and confidentiality.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and improvement areas across engagement, attrition and performance appraisals.
Collaborate with stakeholders in India and globally to implement People strategies supporting business objectives.
Requirements:
1–2 years of overall HR experience.
Hands-on experience with recruitment and broader HR responsibilities.
Exposure to the full employee life cycle.
Proficiency using an ATS.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
