We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale next-generation cloud-native platforms that process millions of data points daily in complex IoT and distributed environments.
The role focuses on developing scalable Python backend applications, building high-volume distributed systems, implementing asynchronous and event-driven architectures, and developing REST APIs and microservices.
The engineer will work extensively with AWS services, including Lambda, EKS, MSK (Kafka), Batch, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3. Responsibilities also include integrating IoT platforms and time-series databases, troubleshooting production issues, improving system reliability and performance, and contributing to AI-driven initiatives using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, intelligent agents, MCPs, and RAG-based solutions.
The successful candidate will participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and Agile collaboration with global engineering teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, debugging capabilities, ownership, and the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
Work Mode: Mostly remote, with occasional late-evening India time overlap to support global teams.
