TEKsystems is hiring an Event Production Manager to support and manage executive-facing events, including Town Halls, All Hands Meetings, Leadership Sessions, and large-scale broadcasts.
Responsibilities include executing live streaming and webcast productions across virtual, hybrid, and onsite environments; coordinating pre-event planning and technical rehearsals; managing live event execution; troubleshooting audio, video, network, and streaming issues; and collaborating with stakeholders, presenters, and leadership teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
The role requires end-to-end ownership of event production and technical operations while maintaining high production quality standards for executive communications.
Candidates should have strong experience in live streaming, webcasting, and broadcast operations, along with knowledge of broadcast workflows, streaming concepts, audio and video routing, signal flow, video switching, and AV troubleshooting.
Experience with OBS, vMix, Kaltura, Microsoft Teams Live Events, and similar streaming platforms is relevant. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Logitech room solutions, meeting room technologies, and collaboration platforms is preferred.
