Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce development and technical architecture.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Manage Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect CTI integrations.
- Guide engineering teams and conduct code reviews.
- Oversee deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environment management and production releases.
- Lead technical design and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams.
