We are looking for a finance professional to support the Engage vertical with a focus on revenue modelling, controllership, audit management, working capital, cash flow, reporting automation and business strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage complex revenue recognition models and maintain revenue modelling logic.
Act as a point of contact for the Sales team and maintain scenario simulators for profitable deal structuring and incentive forecasting.
Own the statutory audit for the division and support technical revenue positions under IFRS/IndAS.
Own the month-end close process, including accruals and provisions.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to identify liquidity risks.
Build and maintain live dashboards using Looker or Excel for Forecast vs. Actuals.
Identify billing and reconciliation bottlenecks and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Qualifications:
CA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a reputed institute.
0–3 years of experience.
Fintech, SaaS or high-transaction environment exposure is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH and Pivot Tables.
Basic SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition standards, including IndAS 115.
Strong analytical and first-principles problem-solving approach.
Ability to explain complex accounting concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
Ability to guide and upskill interns or junior analysts.
