6Razorpay is looking for a Banking Solutions Consultant (Manager - Banking Solutions) with expertise in digital payments, bank gateway integrations, merchant acquiring and pre-sales technical consulting.
Role Overview:
Act as a solution consultant for banks, alliance partners and enterprise merchants.
Translate business requirements into scalable payment architectures.
Lead solution discovery, custom payment architecture design and integrations through deployment.
Present and demonstrate Razorpay's payment solutions to prospective and existing bank partners and enterprise merchants.
Map Razorpay products and roadmap to customer requirements.
Prepare functional scope documents, PRDs and technical scope of work specifications.
Partner with banks, card networks and processors to develop payment and banking solutions.
Manage merchant acquiring payment platforms covering gateways, transaction processing, settlements and dispute management.
Coordinate with business, product, engineering and customer success teams.
Support UAT, certification testing, SDLC tracking and platform troubleshooting.
Manage relationships with bank leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, product management or platform delivery within digital payments, merchant acquiring, IT or financial institutions.
Fintech experience with bank exposure is strongly preferred.
MBA with a solid background in software technology and architecture.
Strong knowledge of payment products, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, transaction processing, card networks, settlements and dispute workflows.
Hands-on familiarity with transaction flows, SDLC processes and system troubleshooting.
Experience with issuing and acquiring solutions.
Exposure to Visa, Mastercard or RuPay integrations and security certifications is a plus.
Strong documentation, presentation, stakeholder management, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
