AdaCore is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its global Finance and Accounting team in Paris, France.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly closing process and budget cycle, ensuring accurate, documented, and timely reporting.
- Use NetSuite to maintain accounting data quality for financial reports and models.
- Collaborate with accounting and procurement teams to monitor key providers.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, explaining variances using data.
- Lead data automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual reporting and improve reliability.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, processes, policies, and cost structures.
- Contribute to team objectives and key results.
- Work autonomously, proactively identify issues, and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5–7 years of experience in financial control, audit, or accounting.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
- Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP is an advantage.
- Strong financial reporting, documentation, communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder-management skills.
