Vivienda Properties LLC is hiring experienced Real Estate Telesales Executives to join our sales team in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

If you have experience calling real estate leads, building relationships with clients, following up consistently and closing property deals, we would like to hear from you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Calling and following up with assigned real estate leads
  • Understanding client requirements and investment objectives
  • Presenting suitable Dubai property opportunities
  • Following up through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
  • Handling objections and negotiating with prospects
  • Converting qualified leads into meetings, bookings and property transactions
  • Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up records
  • Achieving monthly sales and conversion targets

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Dubai real estate
  • Proven telesales, lead conversion or property sales experience
  • Confident and professional telephone communication skills
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing ability
  • Fluent English, additional languages are an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Immediate joining preferred

This is a sales-focused position involving daily client calls, follow-ups and deal conversion.
