Role:
Lead the Motor Insurance Agency business for the assigned city.
Build and manage the agency channel team.
Drive recruitment, activation and performance of insurance agents.
Develop business through the motor insurance agency channel.
Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
Manage team productivity, relationship development and market expansion.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure business and service objectives are met.
