IKidz Education is urgently hiring an experienced Sales Manager to join its team in Udyog Vihar, Phase V, Gurugram.
The role focuses on franchise sales and requires prior franchise sales experience. Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience and be open to travel as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive franchise sales and business development.
- Identify and engage prospective franchise partners.
- Manage the franchise sales process from lead generation through conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Support franchise expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams during the franchise acquisition process.
- Travel as required for business and franchise-related activities.
Mandatory Requirement:
Prior franchise sales experience is required.
Candidates should be comfortable working six days per week and should be willing to travel.
