MG Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a US Healthcare blended process in Pune.
The Customer Service / Healthcare Associate will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve customer queries professionally, coordinate with patients, healthcare providers and insurance representatives, maintain accurate process records, and follow quality and compliance guidelines.
The role requires excellent English communication skills and experience in US Healthcare or an international voice process. Candidates with only Lead Generation experience are not eligible.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
The position is based in Kothrud and Erandwane, Pune. It is a full-time, on-site role with a 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift and a 5-day working week. Saturday and Sunday are fixed weekly offs.
No cab facility is provided.
