ANETICA Consulting Private Limited is hiring a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive for its HR team in Mohali, Punjab.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across India, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and work toward timely position closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for PAN India hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Work toward recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment activities to support hiring needs across India.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.
- Strong communication, candidate sourcing, and coordination skills.
- Proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and focus on successful closures.
Location: Mohali, Punjab, India.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays off.
Hiring Scope: PAN India.
