Saxon Global is hiring Non-IT Recruiters for its Noida Sector 63 office.
The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of recruitment experience and a strong interest in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment for non-technical positions.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for non-IT roles through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to understand role requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment delivery for clients and global opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience or interest in non-IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and candidate relationship skills.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
Location: Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
