Saxon Global is hiring Engineering Recruiters for its Noida Sector 63 office.
The role is suitable for recruitment professionals with 1–5 years of experience who are interested in sourcing engineering talent, evaluating candidates, and connecting qualified professionals with career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for engineering positions through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against engineering job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate experience and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Develop candidate relationships and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with recruitment colleagues and hiring stakeholders to support timely hiring.
- Support recruitment delivery for global clients.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Interest or experience in engineering recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment assignments.
Location: Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
