Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Recruit candidates for IT and technical roles.
- Understand technical skills, technologies, and IT job requirements.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced hiring environment.
- Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management.
