Workplace: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
ABOUT THE ROLE
Mulya Technologies is seeking a Senior SerDes Architect and Lead focused on PAM4 ADC and DAC based wireline technologies.
The successful candidate will work with customers to understand product requirements and lead the development of high-performance transistor-level designs from initial specification through design, layout supervision, silicon evaluation and characterization, and final product introduction to market.
The role focuses on high-performance, low-power mixed-signal technologies supporting advanced applications including AI infrastructure, 5G and optical communications, automotive networking, LiDAR and radar systems, SatComm, Software Defined Radio (SDR), and other broadband communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead architecture and development of high-performance SerDes technologies based on PAM4 ADC and DAC architectures.
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and define products that address their needs.
Lead transistor-level circuit design from initial specifications through implementation and product introduction.
Supervise design and layout activities and ensure design objectives are achieved.
Support silicon evaluation, bench testing, characterization, and product validation.
Work with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Analyze circuit performance including noise, mismatch, and other transistor-level design considerations.
Develop and evaluate analog and digital behavioral models and digital control blocks.
Apply equalization techniques across analog and digital domains.
Support circuit design for electromigration and ESD compliance in advanced CMOS processes.
Work with layout parasitic extraction and analyze layout-dependent impairments.
Create and adhere to development schedules while independently driving assigned technical activities.
