Usha International is looking for an experienced procurement leader to join the Head Office in Gurgaon and drive procurement excellence across the Fans Vertical.
The role will focus on supplier performance and OTIF, supply risk management and secondary sourcing, inbound orchestration and S&OP alignment, supplier management and commercial governance, cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Sourcing and Supplier Production, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and sourcing resilience.
The position requires ownership of strategic procurement initiatives and contribution toward building a resilient supply ecosystem.
