Edunet Foundation is hiring an experienced Manager – AI Assessment & Certification Platform to lead the design, development, and delivery of its AI-powered assessment and certification platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the assessment and certification platform roadmap and delivery.
• Design psychometric, technical, and employability assessments, test blueprints, and item banks.
• Work on AI/LLM-based assessment generation, automated scoring, and adaptive testing.
• Collaborate with technology teams to build and scale digital assessment platforms.
• Ensure assessment quality, validity, reliability, fairness, and integrity.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, industry partners, and hiring organizations to keep assessments job-relevant.
• Monitor assessment data and continuously improve platform performance and candidate experience.
