Transformation & Intelligent Automation Lead responsible for driving enterprise transformation through Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mining, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation.
The role involves identifying and prioritizing transformation opportunities, leading process improvement initiatives, conducting current-state and future-state assessments, value-stream mapping, waste elimination, cycle-time reduction, productivity improvement, transformation roadmaps, and quantification of business benefits and ROI.
Responsibilities include analyzing end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities, designing future-state operating models, facilitating process workshops, standardizing processes, developing business cases, and presenting transformation recommendations to leadership.
The role also involves designing and building AI-powered agents, developing Agentic AI use cases, evaluating emerging AI technologies, creating rapid Proofs of Concept and MVPs, and working with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
Additional responsibilities include identifying AI, RPA, and workflow automation opportunities, collaborating with technical teams, integrating AI into business processes, stakeholder management, executive communication, change management, data analysis, KPI measurement, and tracking realized benefits.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field; 7+ years of experience in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence; strong Lean Six Sigma and Process Reengineering experience; hands-on AI Proof of Concept and automation experience; analytical and problem-solving skills; and strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification, BPM/Design Thinking/Process Excellence certification, Process Mining experience with tools such as Celonis, Signavio or ARIS, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain.
The position is based in Pune with a hybrid work arrangement.
