Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Achieve recruitment targets and deliver quality talent.

Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
