Stream Companies is hiring a Graphic Designer for its West Chester, Pennsylvania location. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on creating and executing multi-channel visual marketing materials that align with client brand strategies.
Responsibilities include developing marketing materials across digital and traditional channels, including digital automation, direct mail, newsprints, flyers, automotive incentive materials, POP items, CRM emails, pitch deliverables, outdoor signage and billboards, and digital merchandising.
The Graphic Designer will ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client brand expectations, develop conceptual and proactive creative ideas, assist with Senior Designer responsibilities when needed, follow Creative Leadership processes, document work and proofs in Workfront, maintain Stream's one-hour response policy, incorporate management feedback, follow automotive compliance guidelines, participate in creative meetings and town halls, and use Adobe Experience Manager to execute work requests.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or certificate in graphic design or a related fine arts field and 2+ years of relevant experience. Automotive experience and Adobe Workfront experience are preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Experience Manager Assets, and Acrobat is required, along with knowledge of printing processes, digital file formats, design best practices, brand guidelines, project management, and automotive marketing.
