Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and smooth operation of EDI processes.
• Manage electronic data interchange between the organization and its trading partners.
• Support EDI transactions and troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
• Work with the IBM Value-Added Network (VAN) to facilitate communication with trading partners.
• Monitor EDI workflows and resolve integration issues to minimize business disruptions.
• Investigate transaction failures and support the resolution of EDI processing issues.
• Help maintain reliable data exchange and integration workflows.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Strong understanding of EDI processes and transaction flows.
• Experience working with trading partners and VAN connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
