Required qualifications and responsibilities:
- 10–15+ years of experience in Data Management or Master Data Management.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of engineering, supply chain, and production processes.
- Hands-on experience with Material/Parts Master, Vendor/Supplier Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Equipment/Plant Master.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, standardization, cleansing, and validation.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience defining MDM data models, workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
- Experience integrating MDM solutions with ERP and manufacturing or financial applications.
- Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of ERP data structures.
- Knowledge of SAP MM/PP, EDI, and Enterprise Data Warehousing is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
