VDart is hiring a Java Technical Project Manager with strong technical project management skills, Java knowledge, and experience in telecommunications Operations Support Systems (OSS).
The successful candidate will coordinate technical delivery, participate in architecture discussions, and work closely with software development teams. The role requires the ability to understand existing Java code, review code logic, identify issues, and evaluate code rewrites or refactoring. Hands-on coding may not be mandatory unless required by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical project delivery across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Coordinate development teams and technical stakeholders.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
- Understand and review Java code, code logic, and refactoring approaches.
- Identify technical issues and support resolution.
- Coordinate implementation and delivery of telecom OSS solutions.
- Work with relevant OSS platforms and telecom systems.

- Service activation
