We’re hiring a CHRO / Head of HR to lead HR strategy and operations across manufacturing units and the corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
HR strategy, operations and organization structure
Manpower planning, recruitment and succession planning
Performance management, KRAs/KPIs and appraisals
Employee and industrial relations and labour compliance
Compensation, salary structures and incentive plans
Employee engagement, culture and organizational development
HR policies, SOPs and process development
Lead and develop the HR and Administration team
Manufacturing experience is mandatory, with strong exposure to Plant HR, IR/ER, labour laws and HR systems.
