Key Responsibilities:
Lead project implementation across 3 villages
Manage government liaison and stakeholder coordination with district administration, Zilla Parishad, BDOs and Gram Panchayats
Drive community mobilisation and behaviour-change initiatives
Oversee waste collection, segregation, processing and waste-worker professionalisation
Monitor project progress, targets and reporting
