KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Finance & Accounts operations and financial planning.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, ROC and statutory compliance.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and banking.
Drive MIS, profitability analysis and cost optimisation.
Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management.
Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
