Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience managing large O&M contracts and customer-facing projects.
• Expertise in reliability engineering, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
• Commercial awareness and contract management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA or PMP qualification preferred.
