Funwave Foods LLP is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive for its recruitment team in the Morbi–Rajkot Highway area of Gujarat. Candidates should have 3–5 years of recruitment experience and be comfortable managing hiring across plant, technical, sales, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, technical, sales, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and other suitable channels.
• Screen applications and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support salary discussions, offer management, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Monitor vacancy status and work toward timely closure of open positions.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain coordination throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of relevant talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Graduate degree in HR or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, sourcing, and recruitment coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment timelines.
