Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities for Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
  • Understand customer business challenges and requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft technologies and solutions.
  • Position and present solutions across Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Security, Copilot, and AI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, Microsoft stakeholders, and technology partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead customer meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, solution presentations, and executive discussions.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, statements of work, and commercial offers.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, delivery teams, and partners to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contract closure, and handover to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across Microsoft Cloud, Business Applications, Security, Data, and AI solutions.
  • Stay current on Microsoft product roadmaps, licensing models, partner programs, market developments, and relevant industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline information and track opportunities, forecasts, and sales performance through CRM platforms.
  • Work closely with internal leadership and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations, commercial objectives, and solution scope remain aligned.
