Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute organization-wide IT strategy, technology roadmap, policies and budgets
Lead Central IT, Education Cluster IT and Hospital IT
Manage IT teams, capability development and recruitment
Oversee servers, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, endpoints, data center's, virtualization and cloud
Provide technical oversight for Hospital ERP, School ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Tally and digital platforms
Establish central Service Desk and IT support frameworks
Drive cybersecurity, IAM, data protection, backup, DR and business continuity
Oversee NOC, SOC/MDR, AMC and cloud/ERP managed services
Lead adoption of AI and education technology
Evaluate technology investments, risks, incidents and project progress
